At Aviation Job Search, we have been working with professionals in the industry to find out more about what factors they consider when looking for a new job, and why they’re searching. We surveyed over 1000 aviation professionals in total about their job search, which can be found in our recently launched annual report. You can view the figures below:
Jobseekers were asked to answer three questions:

- How often do you search for jobs?
- What’s the most important factor when searching for a new job?
- Would you still apply for a job if it didn’t display salary information?
- How often do you receive a pay rise?
- How far would you be willing to travel for a new job?
- Would you be willing to relocate for a new job?
The results were as follows:
